I don't believe in diets. In my opinion it is better to educate on how you eat and do everything yet, but not keeping a diet. Because after finishing a diet you will go back to old rabbits and in the end you gain nothing. But by re-educating yourself on how you eat, on how you think on food, on what to eat, I think you can improve your health and also the happiness on your life. I also think, that people who go on diets, are afraid to admit a change in your life. Also currently the term diet is very used, and many times it does more harm than good.
