Earlier this year, I did an experiment on this in Biological Chemistry. We used Safflower Oil, Peanut Oil, Olive Oil, and Vegetable Oil. Believe it or not, the Safflower Oil was the best.
Olive oil is a good choice to promote good health in the body. It is often recommended as the safest source to prevent heart problems. It is loaded with antioxidants and unsaturated fats.
