Low salt , i don't like the dish with sweet .

I make it a habit to lower my salt intake. I use low salt seasonings and sea salt as needed. Lowering salt intake is definitely more important for my health.
For me it is sugar. I take tea and coffee without sugar and avoid sweet desserts and snacks.
I try to do both. However, no salt is my more common. I rarely salt anything. Other than seasonings in the kitchen. My food doesn't get salt at all.
