Hi junkseller, thanks for that advise, when you put it like that it makes more sense. It seems the 1 hour workouts will have to continue as is. :)
Another thing to consider is that exercise is partly in your head. You need to be focused to be safe and get the most gain. With the 5 minute routine, I think you'd be distracted with what you were just doing and will again soon be doing.

Some of those ten minute exercise routines are just fine, but they don't include the warm-up, cool-down, and stretching, which make the true time of the routine 20-30 minutes.
HI Wiccan Sage, it did seem to good to be true. Maybe need to stick to the gym. :)

Hi mikejhca, that seems to make sense. I found a cardio exercise that focuses on turning fat into muscle. I think over time the weight would come off if I stick at it. Thanks for your advice.
