I have been trying to be better at daily lunges. I am finding that perhaps my format may be hampering me. It seems as if my back thigh is carrying more of weight. Shouldn't a lunge be balanced? Am I leaning the wrong way? Can you advise?
Without seeing the form, this is a tough question. Also, any current muscle imbalance may make the exercise feel imbalanced. I suggest looking up videos of lunges and checking your form with a mirror. I also suggest doing lunges every other day. As with most resistance exercises, you need to give your muscles time to heal and rebuild.
