I personally know a few "health-nuts" who don't look any younger than their age. As they also happen to be on a "nervous" side, that proves my little theory that being youthful and healthy all comes from our general "emotional climate". The brilliant cellular biologist Dr. Bruce Lipton said it clearly that our cells are constantly monitoring "how friendly or not our environment FEELS to us" - and they are setting the level of their vitality according to those beliefs.
It is a simple fact that layer upon layer of negativities get accumulated in our energy field, screwing up our vibration as we are getting older. Actually, in my conviction - CAUSING our getting older. Cellular intelligence is closely connected to our central intelligence, which is connected to immune and endocrine systems. More stress hormones released equals more wrinkles, as simple as that. People are not aware how powerful our mind is. If we can turn white overnight over a big emotional trauma - imagine what negativities are doing to us over decades of negative conditioning.
As for cosmetics and nutrition - we are proven masters of evading our responsibility over our well being while seeking something outside of us to play as a surrogate for it : foods, doctors, creams, lotions, shrinks. During the WW2 the idea of a "balanced diet" was ridiculous in devastated Europe, and yet, we baby-boomers seem to be doing quite well. More love, more humour and laughter, more of a brave and optimistic worldview, more music and hobbies, and more of something as simple as breathing regularly and slightly deeper - will keep your face younger than any cream, any dietary regimen, any scared shaking over "cholesterol, pollution, terrorism, politics, injustices..." and so on, of that delicious repertoire.
