That's good; probably pretty normal, I would guess. I am no good at binge dieting so it is easier to not go too far!

Very interesting Caroline. I just stay busier in summer I guess keeping the calories burnt off and in winter I do not walk on snow or do much of anything outside!

Thanks for stopping by to tell us Stella; you will be in my prayers! I have to give up sweets too and it is not easy! I am sure everything will go fine & you will be back with us soon. I had major surgery in March and now I am great! Stay positiv

That is great Thelma; I wish food did not tempt me so bad. Sweets are the new temptation; all my life I could do without them but now I crave one as soon as I finish a meal! I am sure there is a clue there! lol
Jackie, diabetics crave sweets. Get your sugar checked.
I do check it Becky once a day. It is mostly low with a whopping high now and then...maybe close to sweets time. lol

That is so good and encouraging to hear Michael. It is not an easy job but turning bad habits into good ones does take an inner strength I think too.
Oh everyone knows the docs scales are wrong and you know I found out lately all their things are that way. Like when they check your sugar or anything. That is what the doc told me but I am just wondering why! Anyway, I just don't worry on holidays!
