I try to do a number of things.
First, I take the mindset that I'm not limiting myself by eating properly or "dieting" as some people call it. I only drink water and protein shakes. I give myself one full cheat day to eat whatever I like, even though I usually only cheat one meal on that day. I eat only low glycemic foods ( Read more about that: http://hubpages.com/health/Low-Glycemic-Index-Diet... ). I exercise 4 times a week, with the optional 5th time if I feel like it.
