Freshly made vegetable and fruit juices are wonderful! It makes it super-easy for your body to get all the necessary nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
We are not aware of this, but when we eat veggies, a huge amount of nutrients remain trapped in the fiber. Our bodies simply can't get to it.
But, when we juice the veggies, all that good stuff is extracted and made available. For instance, only a tiny bit of beta-carotene is available to you when you eat a raw carrot. But with carrot juice, you gain access to more than 90% of the beta-carotene in the carrot! Doesn't that sound like revving up both the value for money and the value for your body?
