I would recommend going to see a doctor, but here a few suggestions anyway:
-Do you brush your hair regularly?
-Do you "overwash" your hair? Hair does not need to be washed every day. Depending on your hair type, you may not need to wash your hair very often.
-Have you tried using leave-in conditioners? These are conditioners you put in your hair after you have washed it, that you do not rinse out.
It's also important to mention that it is normal for some hair to fall out daily. Depending on how much hair you are actually losing, it may just be normal hair loss. You really should see your doctor though to make sure there isn't some kind of medical problem. Once you've seen your doctor, you can also speak to a hairdresser for advice.
