I don't think anyone on here can tell you what it means because there may not even be enough information right now for the doctor to know what it means, if anything.
The doctor is really the one you need to ask because s/he is the best one to tell you what s/he means. Much of the time, doctors see something and don't know, themselves, whether it means anything or not. Much of the time they need to do further testing to see if there's really a problem at all and be able to tell the mother how any complication may be treated.
