I almost HAVE to listen to music to lift. I listen to everything that gets me pumped. I have also heard of some studies that proved that music helps you lift heavier run faster and longer!

Dance music. Recent song that I like is a Korean pop song called Bonamana by Super Junior.
queen's music!!..definitely pump me up..try this "DONT STOP ME NOW Song" if it dont work..that you have a problem :D
Rock and Roll really gets me going. especially when i am ready to walk or go for a workout or a job it really gets me going
