I live in the U.K where it is gloomy about 85% of the time. Generally I don't think gloomy weather helps anybody's mood. However, if gloomy weather is the actual cause of you feeling down, you ought to check that you're not suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
More info here: www.sada.org.uk/
i also live in the UK and the weather can be annoying as sarahsherlock said it is gloomy most of the time, and if its raining it can get in the way of what you need to do,especially if the weather forecast was for sunshine!
Gloomy weather makes me eat more
By eating more, I feel more lethargy and sleepy and that makes me relaxed at the end of the day.
So, in short nah...it does not make me feel down but sure uplifts my spirits by relaxing.

What do you do when it is dark and gloomy outside (or when there is bad weather)?Do you stay indoors and mope? Do you stay indoors and make tea/coffee/hot chocolate and curl up with a good book? Do you go play outside anyways?
