Why is writing for long periods of time seems to be more fatiguing than physical labor?
I ask for remedies to mental fatigue, do to PC abuse... does the computer itself have an adverse effect on the brain sensory input and burn out ?
Because of too much concentration on one thing which is writing, so the whole body of you involves in coordinating for you for the sole purpose of writing, it tend to be tired, if you go out and relax a bit after every 10 mins will solve the fatigue and pysical labor....you should not write continously for more time, you have to give little gap in between to get out from that see out, or tv etc., take snacks etc.,
thank you for the advice... i appreciate your taking the time. I believe you are correct about taking a break every so often...
