That's a touchy subject. I had high blood pressure and was on medication. I in fact beat it though. I shed 75 lbs and started eating more herbs like garlic and onions which have toxin fighters also. One of the best things you can do for blood pressure is to get in shape. After I started exercising and lost a lot of weight my blood pressure went from 160 over 110 to 120 over 80.
