Steak and eggs every morning. Baked Chicken at least 3 times a week and fruit juices along with exercise.

In addition to what Suzane says--- exercize and outdoor (!)activities.
I think if you regularly take lots of proteins in your diet..it is sufficient for your body to develop your muscle..!
