First clean the wound gently with water after that you can use Cipladine (water soluble medical oinment).
if the wound is big then u may ask the doctor but works for small wounds.

Depends on the severity of the wound:

If it's a puncture wound and there is significant blood loss;apply pressure to the area only and dial emergency for assistance!Check whether there's an object embedded in the wound:
If there's nothing embedded, press on wound –  use your own hand or use your hand, ideally over something clean, like a t-shirt or towel
    Raise wound above heart level.
If there's an object embedded in the wound, push on either side of the object to stop blood coming out of the wound.
    Seek medical assistance.

Severe burns need medical assistance,do not apply anything!Put the burn under cold running water for at least 10 minutes
Cover wound with cling film placed lengthways over the area – avoid wrapping it tightly round the limb
Remove any jewellery near burn site
    Treat for shock.
    Seek medical assistance.
A burn injury e.g.injured finger would need cold water for a minimum of 10 minutes but other than using lavender pure essential oil or aloe vera gel;keep the wound clean and dry.

A bruise/graze/compression or fall injury would require ice compresses for a minimum of 10 minutes.
    Cleaning the wound
    Wash wound gently with water
    Remove any debris and dirt
Press clean pad on wound to halt bleeding
    Cover with sterile adhesive bandage
Inspect regularly and remove bandage when a scab has formed.

Apply a cold compress - a small towel wrung out in cold water, a bag of ice cubes or a packet of frozen peas.
Keep compress on injured area for about 30 minutes, changing it periodically to keep it cold. If the affected limb is an arm, it may help to put it in a sling.
