yes. First make up a chart with your calorie diet plan on how much calories you may have per day. Next, everything you eat should have given calorie charts on the food container unless you cook. The calories for the serving your about to eat should be writen down and added up to equal your Maximum amount of calories you may have per day.
If you have trouble canculating your food which (you) prepared. (Not canned or packaged products) But custom made 100% your mixing of ingriedients. Count every measure of ingriedients you put in the recipe with the calories in each ingriedient. After your done with that, add up all the calories that make up the recipe. Then count the calories (you) consumed from the dishes you ate from the recipe.
