To be able to think of something you want to do and have the motivation and drive to get that something done that you may not of thought you could do.

I am motivated by a challenge, something that is difficult yet still attainable. Unfortunately I often try to do too much and rarely see things through to completion. Once I figure something out and see how it can be done I tend to move on to something else.

My biggest motivator is having a thought, concept, idea or image that I don't think has ever been created or seen before, that I feel compelled to create or actualize to show the world.

To be able to something that hasn't been done yet.  Something that will be for the greater good.  Something incredible high tech.

This  is the commissioner trying to answer your question. What works in anyones life is for people to accept who they are and how they were raised. Bad experiences are designed to build character in us, to give us strength and courage. Life brings with it good and bad times.  Never ask why me.  We all go through something that does not feel good, but life is not all about feeling good.  Do something for someone even if you are poor.  A kind word, a smile,  or just a how are you feeling today, can lift someone's spirit and when we see a smile on someone's face it can be contagious.
Spread joy, tell a clean funny joke even if it takes effort.  Do it anyway.  I work in recovery with people who are depressed, and in many cases want to give up on life. I am a leadershp coach and believe me I hear all kinds of issues that people are faced with.  DON'T GIVE UP!!!  Be creative and recreate your life every day. If you can beleive it, you can receive it.  Being comfortable in my own skin is what motivates me. Knowing my own ability, motivates me. Don't wait for someone to give you a chance in life, take the chance and pave your own road.  Have a wonderful holiday.  Note:
my answering machine leaves callers with this message:  "IF YOU SEE SOMEONE WITHOUT A SMILE, GIVE THEM YOURS"

i'll tell you what I used to think motivated me....money..no..recognition...no...pressure..no..
I have discovered that the only thing that motivates me is doing something I really love, and when I do that, I produce spectacular results.

    My biggest motivator is fear.

The fear of regret in looking back and knowing that I didn't do.. maybe out of laziness or a million and one lame excuses.

What works is setting clear goals, I try and keep the list short so that its achievable for me. I' used to set these great long lists of wonderful goals/to do's, but I just got overwhelmed by them.
So I KISS smile keep it short and sweet.
