Make working out a lifestyle.
Have a course created to build muscle.
More muscle the faster calories are burned.
Metabolism is improved.
Include cardio work.
Eat several small meals a day.
Keep your quality protein intake hi. (eggs and whey)
Complex carbs hi. Simple carb intake low.
Saturated fats 0 or very low.
if you aren't serious...forget it.
I've been at it for over 50 yrs. Personal trainer, gym owner and competetive power lifter.
Workout at least 5 days a week for no more than 1 1/2 hours.
break the body down into parts. i.e. push exercises 1 day, next day pull exercises, next day legs and lower back, next day push etc.etc.
If ya make this a lifestyle, I guarantee your weight will eventually be perfect.
Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, You may get smaller but weigh the same.
