What does an uninsured person do in a dental emergency?
And has no money to pay for even a discounted price of $90 to get the toothe pulled?
I don't not how it is in other states, but medicaid considers an emergency infected tooth extraction as 'optional' and Arizona only covers what is mandated by fed law.
There are ways to find donated dental services but involves travel and time so need to find out the services BEFORE the emergency.
Some places have a three year wait!

call the head of the dental department at the closest community college, college or university with a dental or dental hygiene department. Many have emergency clinics or emergency referrals.
