What is the worst habit you have?

The worst habit I have is probably that I pick at my nails, like people who bite their nails, I tend to pick at mine. i pick at them usually when I am nervous about something.

Spending my whole paycheck in one day.  lol  I am going to better restrain myself this time, but I just can't resist purchasing the Little Mermaid on DVD and getting an hour massage!  (Do you see where my priorities are? lol)

I pick at my nails too, but my WORST habit is tapping. I tap on nearly every single thing that makes noise. It drives my girlfriend crazy because I tap on her leg during a movie or while we're driving. Even if there isn't any music on, I subconsciously tap tap tap.

    Not that bad though huh?

    Being a perfectionist !!

This tendency keep you occupy with tiny little things just make the task a little more perfect - an endless practice. You are always so busy that you have no time to relax and enjoy.

Some people, particularly bosses, admire it to your own ruin. The antidote is learning time management.

letting overgrown,self-indulgent evil men intimidate me, because I do not want to have an overbearing disgruntled attitude like them.... I think I hate it so much, that I am too gentle, and need to give them the mental shove-off while still not being manipulative.... argh!

I pick my face or acne.  Obsession is more like it.  I do it when I am stressed out.  I also do it for other reasons.  I am getting help so I pray to heal.

My worst habit is saying 'sorry' all the time, even for things that make no sense for me to say sorry for. Even for things that aren't my fault!
    I'm trying to stop.

My worst habit is thinking negative for any situation that I am in.
I start to think of all adverse things that could happen and that sends my mind rolling frantically.

I am trying to stay calm on that arena and let's hope things take a turn for the better in my life....

Freaking out and thinking about all of the worse possible outcomes-- some being completely crazy. Then I remind myself that I am being insane, and typically it ceases to continue.

I do the whole nail bite and pick thing myself, at least I've learned to not pick at my skin so often, right?

You'd think that I might answer "smoking," but no, not at all; and I do smoke a bit, but the worst habit that I have is getting into a rut through a routine; whereas the healthy way to live is probably by living outside of routines, and keeping your experiences and brain fresh.

I think one of my worse habits is impatience. I have been trying to change that habit but it is not an easy thing for me to do.
