Recently I noticed that I was getting a bit fat. I've always been fairly skinny so initially I wasn't too bothered about it but after a while I started getting a pot belly, I struggled to fit into my trousers etc. I knew that the problem was due to drinking too much beer but I just didn't want to cut the beer out because I enjoyed it too much.
Anyway, I listen to a lot of audiobooks and I happened to be listening to one from a guy called Jim Rohn called something like' the art of exceptional living' and there was one thing he said which was this:
'Failure is a minor error in judgement repeated every day'
This single sentence has changed my life. You probably would need to listen to the audio book to get the full benefit of what he means perhaps.
So my advice if you want to change your habits is that you need to find the inspiration from somewhere to break them. You could stay by listening to the audio book that I mentioned or something similar. What I have found is that words are powerful and if you can find the right words that help you to get your thinking on track, taking action becomes easy. Good luck
