I just had soy chaps with Punjabi masala tadka. My wife make them so delicious. Today, I was sleeping when she made this for us. Whenever the next time, she will make it, I will shoot a video and give it a title "how to make a soy chap recipe" and upload it on youtube. Interesting information like always soni. I am intolerant to cow's milk and only drink soy milk and soy desserts and yougurts but I've never considered that maybe that is what helps me to keep a healthy weight!

Princessa, soy is really a great food. We also eat a lot of recipes made in soy here in India. Soya bean chaps and soya granules are my favorite dishes in main course. Plus one more thing I am also intolerant to cow's milk. I have not drank milk since 15 years now. My tummy loves curd and butter milk.

I started taking soy lecithin soft gels to help my brain so I no would no longer have occasional double vision. I noticed that my biceps are more toned as if I were going to the gym. I also think I'm losing cellulite from my upper legs! Wow!
