Two days before while I was surfing YouTube, I stumbled across some videos on weight loss programs.They seemed interesting .So I thought to share that with you.

The first video is about the ways we inject more and more sugar into out body. Yet we are riot aware og that.

Yes we inject a lot of sugar into out body while drinking soda.A single cup of soda can inject a lot of sugar.



The next video is about proper nutrition. How you can keep yourself healthy by eating proper foods.


The final video is a yoga workout which you canĀ  keep yourself healthy and fill of vitality.

Its really superb.This exercise will not only improve your health bit also calms the mind and will help improve concentration.


This exercise can be practised in the morning and in evening. The best time is between 4 to 7 in the morning.

Practising this exercise on continuous basis will slow down the afing peocess and ypu will geel more enthusiastic and peaceful.
