How to Burn Fat and Lose Weight fast!

Updated on October 19, 2014

She does it.. So should you!

Great unknown fat burning weight loss tip!

While you seek that PERFECT BODY and try and BURN FAT and DROP THAT BMI I am seeking for the fastest ways to help people do that! Well do I have a tip for you. You will have to put in the work, put up with some temporary pain, but it's totaly worth it and you will LOSE WEIGHT and see results FAST. We all know that in order to lose weight you have to consume less calories than your body usually burns right? Well lets just assume your doing your best nutritionally and eating healthy and all the right foods for the most part. How do you BURN MORE CALORIES THEN EVER IN THE GYM AND AFTER YOU LEAVE? It's all about WORKING OUT THE LEGS! Yes cardio is great, but its even better and burns even more calories when done on pre exausted legs! Weight lifting is great too. It builds and tones muscles, and muscles burn fat and calories, but what part of the body burns the most fat and calories? Which muscle group is the largest. It's not your arms charlie, and it for sure isn't your chest! You got it.. its the legs!!! Male or female, If you do some leg presses (heavy or light), some squats, some walking lunges, and tire out those legs, then go do some cardio (intense or low intensity), you will burn calories faster than a Jet burns Gas. Not only that, but there is an after burn effect to working your legs with weights. That means you continue to burn calories even when you leave the gym for up to 24-48 hours sometimes! So why dont people work their legs?? Well, for one, becuase it hurts! But remember, it's the toughest only in the begining. It gets easier and easier to power through leg workouts and also deal with the soreness between workouts! Stretch your legs real good every day! Learn to love the pain, because the more you push through, the faster your body will change. If you've taken yourself so far within a set, you should take advantage of being in such a difference making position, and not quit when it starts to hurt a little! Pump like I do, and you will be looking great in no time. I, Coach Kip, personally lost 30 lbs in 2 months by working out my legs and running afterwards (2-3 times a week and of course I ate healthy). It works trust me. 100 percent of my clients get results. Check back for more tips on BURNING FAT, WEIGHT LOSS, MUSCLE BUILDING, and GETTING THAT PERFECT BODY!!

Fully Body Workout

Below is one of my full body workouts designed for anyone looking to have every muscle in their body working as fat blasting machines for the next 24-48 hours! Of course I start with the legs! You usually would want to start with the larger muscle groups and then go on to the smaller ones, but then again it's always good to break that rule once in a while. In this video however I follow the rules and show both male and females how to hit every muscle group. For females or for guys looking to stay light and do a lot of reps, FEEL FREE TO STAY WITHIN YOURSELF AND NOT GO SUPER HEAVY! Do the same exercises but in a way safe for you. For example if you cannot do pull ups, try them on an assisted pull up machine! Have fun! Be safe!
