Low Cost Remedies for Hyperhidrosis

Hyperhidrosis is embarassing. There's nothing worse than socializing when you're sweating excessively (it's kinda gross). It's not your fault and you shouldn't have to live with it. This is why I've put together a list of a few cheap treatments for hyperhidrosis.

Say goodbye to excess sweat!

Baking Soda: A Cheap All-Natural Remedy for Excessive Perspiration

One method of preventing hyperhidrosis can be found within your kitchen cabinet!  You see I'm talking about baking sode, yep that's right baking soda.  Baking soda is very cheap and an excelent absorbant, so just dab a bit underneath your arms and kiss axillary hyperhidrosis goodbye!

Deodorant and Antiperspirant: A Low Cost OTC Treatment for Hyperhidrosis

Ok, this one may sound like common sense, but you have no idea how many people don't wear deodorant!  I'm talking a quality stick deodorant here, not that spray garbage that just masks the smell.  If you really want to stop sweating, purchase a cheap antiperspirant containing aluminum chloride.  Aluminum chloride prevents your sweat glands from producing sweat, ridding you from hyperhidrosis!

A good stick of deodorant is only a couple bucks and will last you a while.

Treating Profuse Sweating Cheaply Through Green Tea

A third low cost remedy for hyperhidrosis is green tea leaves. These leaves are miraculous, they help clear up acne, increase your metabolism (when ingested of course), and maybe can even remedy excessive sweating! Just take a bag of decaffinated green tea, soak it, and rub it over the affected area. You may notice the results as you feel your skin purged of free radicals and the like!
