Nothing in this world can be as refreshing and as delicious as a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Oranges are available throughout the year and are amazingly beneficial to our health.

How To Prepare?

There are many ways through which you can squeeze orange juice, by hand, with an electric juicer, food processor or blender.

Although seeds add a slight distinct taste to the juice and are good for health, you can always remove them before squeezing out the juice.

You can add sugar and water to the pulp if you wish to.

Lastly, do not forget to strain the juice before drinking it.

Black pepper powder can be sprinkled to make it more flavorful.
