Good to know there are other ways of cleaning the kidneys and liver without having to pay exorbitant fees to some so-called spa. I used another method involving epsom salts and olive oil, which has been quite effective and I have been doing it regularly for the past several years. Good informative hub! Thanks!

Thank you telltale! I agree entirely. Spas are wonderful but they can be expensive. I make my own spa bath at home as well. Epsom salts and olive oil are great healers.

Hi teaches

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. Miso and tamari are great foods. I use it in the place of salt and Miso for soups. It is soy based so it is very important to make sure the product is organic, otherwise it could be loaded with GMO's.

Wow, I am honored by your compliments. Thank you!

Go very slow! Toxins accumulate in the body throughout the years. Sometimes the toxins are quite heavy. As an herbalist I always suggest that you contact a qualified health specialist before undertaking any diet or fast, especially if you are taking medications.

Please do let me know how it goes.

look forward to hearing from you.

I have a close relative who unfortunately suffers from liver disease. After trying a very aggressive interferon treatment (and it failing) she turned to natural medicine to keep her liver nice and flushed. She avoids a lot of toxic consumables you listed (carbonated beverages, tobacco, caffeine, etc) along with red meat. She also drinks a lot of water and takes a milk thistle extract. Currently she's lived 6 years past her "expiration" date. Some people scoff at homeopathic medicine, but I can testify that it's the real deal.

Wow AVailuu

What an amazing success story! A million Kudos and thumbs up to your relative. I sure wish more people would turn to more natural healing methods. I feel we all would be far healthier. Thanks for the inspiring story!
