Why we need to drink enough water? Because of the availability of water in the world is more ? or the cheapest one in the world which cures so many ailments. These are the questions arise naturally when we talk about drinking water enough. It is estimated that 71.11% of world covered with water. Only 28.29% is with land. In that 71.11% of water covered world, only 3% of water fit for drinking water. Balance is in the form salt water which can be refined for drinking water.

When you come to know about body water percentage, more than 75% of our body consists of water. The newborn has nearly 77% of water , and children has 59% of water and male and female body has 50-65 % of water. It varies depends on the fat content in the body. As the fat content goes high the water content in the body goes down. That is why you gain weight in the body. As you start maintain the water content your body weight also maintained. Losing water in the body does not make you to lose the weight. It leads to dehydration only.

But drinking enough water, that too early in the morning will help us from lot of diseases.Please avoid taking coffee or tea any other type of health drinks at least 45minutes from the time of taking water.Initially when you take water in empty stomach , you may feel like vomiting sensation. Avoid taking water at once . Give some minutes between glass of water. To get good results you must take at least one to one and half liters of water a day. Begin the exercise after 10minutes of taking water.

Starting from simple filtration using cloth, felt and using small amount of chemicals to purify the water as well as to settle the dirt. Among all reverse osmosis system is very popular and yielding good results. Osmosis is the process which concentrates the unwanted materials and gives out the pure water like distilled water. Hi sarovai,

Drinking enough water is definitely good for one's health. Sad that in many parts of the world the water is not safe for human consumption! People can pick up diseases from unsafe water like what is happening in Haiti right now with the cholera outbreak.
