My legs are very weak and I must tone my legs to protect my knees. I am always seeking out new ways to tone my thighs and my leg muscles that surround my knees. What works for you? What do you find fun?
I drink light beer. It allows me to do some reaching (into the fridge), some twisting (to remove the caps), and some lifting (arm curls to drink them). It's very low impact and, unlike most every other exercise I've ever tried or heard of, it's immensely satisfying. The more I work out, the happier I get, actually.
