Keeping a very strict, healthy diet going when you lead a busy lifestyle is really difficult because you often don't have the time to monitor your eating and/or plan your meals based on a good healthy schedule.
What are some very healthy meals that you can put together in a short period of time? Snacks as well?
Two ideas from me are:
Stir Fry with water and a tiny amount of veggie oil - you can buy stir fry frozen vegetables and rice at Kroger for $1 (big bag) - mix in some healthy meat, like turkey or chicken breast, and some seasoning (or some healthy stir fry sauce depending on how strict the diet is!!)
What are your ideas?
I think salads are important to maintain a healthy diet and they are easy and quick to make.
Eating one vegan meal a day is also a good idea. It not only keeps you healthy but also helps in saving the planet.
