    The lead apparently comes straight from the unprocessed fruits and vegetables... so... probably about the same as the levels you would get if you pureed and cooked the fruit/veges at home?

      That's what it sounds like.  Best to feed 100% breast milk for the first year or two, making sure that Mom is only fed via IV - artificially produced, cleaned and purified chemicals only.

      I don't understand how the lead is "naturally occurring."

        Lead is in the water and soil (around 16ppm) from various sources, some natural and some pollution.  All of the levels found were at a trace level that would be pretty hard to avoid.
