Stretching is under rated - yes, UNDER rated with all caps! Why am I yelling because we are hurting our bodies. We brush our teeth daily, we would leave our house without combing our hair, so why do we get up and drive to work and log into our computers, pick up the telephone or go about our daily routine without any regard to our muscles. How can we encourage stretching our muscles daily?
It's a really great thing to start your morning stretching! Even while you're still lying in bed or right after you drink a glass of water, stretching is so simple that we should really do it more often.
Take a few minutes and do some Yoga. You won't find better stretching exercises.

I have a health problem my dr says no cardio workouts so how am i to lose the weight and keep it off and turn it into muscle if i cant exercise?I need to lose bout 80-100 lbs and I know I have to change my eating habbit...
