Do the facts illustrating the positive outcomes of the measles vacanation out-weigh the facts that represent the potential negatives of such vacines, or vices versa?
(Please keep it civil and clean guys, thank you)
I would think that they do as proof of that is the decline of the disease, almost to the point eradication in the US. I would also believe that a parent has the right to refuse such vaccinations for their children on whatever grounds they choose. I would also think that society has an obligation to protect its citizens, which means that should you choose not to vaccinate your child, your child will not be allowed to attend school.
One has the right to drink and become intoxicated, but one does not have the right to drive drunk endangering others.
The actual facts about adverse effects of vaccinations show that they are far less common and far less severe on average than the adverse effects of being unvaccinated.

What's your opinion on vaccinations? We've heard the conspiracies, we have heard them bunked, we've heard them supported. To vaccinate or not to vaccinate?

We're seeing measles outbreaks in both Washington and New York.https://www.cnn.com/2019/01/30/health/m … index.htmlPerhaps we could get some political agreement, since there's so much argument in these forums. I contend that people who don't get vaccinated for Measles (and pretty much all...
