Reducing Stress using Modern Relaxation

    Relaxation is the most popular way to reducing stress. It has proved by medical science.

    Relaxation can reducing stress because it has mental and spiritual approach. To do this I have recommend from a Guru..

    1. make sure that there are no anything that can disturb you..
    2. sit down and find the comfort position
    3. take a breath, deeply and slowly
    4. keep at your stomach, 2 - 3 second
    5. take off your breath by mouth
    6. repeat several time..
