    Probably not.  But it is good for your health and have found it to be a great stress reliever.  Having a good Yogi is essential to teach you not only the moves but the proper breathing technique.  The two together is very relaxing.  I have been known to fall asleep at the end of class whe we are winding down because I am soooo relaxed.
