What do you think about Kundalini syndrome? Do you think it really exists?

Syndrome? Is that a disease of some kind?

Kundalini exists if that is what you mean. Rather unpleasant if you experience it involuntarily. sad

Odd. In that case - they are both the same thing. It is a "syndrome" if it arrives unasked then? I guess.

I have been practicing and teaching Kundalini for over 25 years. I have never come across anyone who has experienced anything wrong after practicing Kundalini.

Yes.. it is very real.. it exists.. check out the videos of youtube channel guruswamig... her webisite is www.guruswamig.com . she is a kundalini guru ( not an instructor, but an actual guru who has travellled the entire kundalini journey) there are some retreat videos.. it shows people with awakened kundalinis.. I am one of them...

You wouldn't like to awaken your kundalini unless you are fully prepared to face the travel the entire journey towards destruction of ego..
