Google Traffic Bug, and you will find many more people saying that it's worthless than claiming that it does anything.
There was a warrior forum thread where apparently the creator of the software admitted to the fact that it wasn't working as well lately and some of his social bookmarking accounts had been banned, but then that response was deleted. This guy continues to take people's money, though. I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.
