Good health is really a big achievement and it can be earn through
hard word and sacrifice. One can do gym, morning walk and yoga to get it.
What you all do maintain your health???
health has little to do with "going to the gym". It's genetics, food, and moderate exercise of any kind. It's also knowing what is harmful to health.
It is NOT a big achievement. Our bodies are designed to be healthy.
