Do you know you cal lose weight while asleep?

    I am sorry I do not believe in slimming in your sleep. To lose weight you have to follow a healthy diet and exercise.
    No gimmicks
    No shortcuts.
    By exercising you can increase your metabolism to burn more fuel throughout the day but that is about it.
    My cut on it all any-way. smile

          Every night as you lie down spend some time imagining yourself the way you want to look and over time the brain starts responding. If that does not work then cry and eat chocolates!
