For 4 months I have been battling a frozen shoulder. The statistic state common in females from age 40 to 60. Sadly the doctors and the PTs state they know very little of the why. They do know when it heals it heals in stages.
Anyone care to share their journey with a frozen shoulder and what helped and the length of time for healing?
I don't want an injection. I don't want surgery. I have abandoned the stretching and now am working on muscle tone.
Any non-medical advice.
