    care to share any experiences with anxiety or panic attacks and some ways to work through it?

    welll......I have to go. If anyone finds this and thinks of something I would really like to know how people get past that I think I might die thing, when you know your not goig to die, but your body dissagress with your logic.

      I am sure that anxiety is basically a chemical imbalance caused by different things in our life, stress is one of them. Balance unfortunately is hard to maintain. I always feel a great deal of anxiety when I do not have enough money to pay my rent. For some people it is much more complicated than that.
