    These days we are all looking to cram in as much nutrition as possible into the body. And I want to know what you consider the top 5 super foods that keep you healthy

      blueberries
      almonds
      salmon
      oat meal
      pomegranate

      My power foods are:

      Almonds
      Brown Rice
      Salmon
      Yogurt
      Grapefruit

      Yum!  (Although those Twinkies mentioned before sound good too...)
