u can do this by taking in food rich in fibres such as vegetables, and fruits while reducing ur carb intake
You can shrink your waistline by sprinkling 1 tsp. of cinnamon to your meals. You will get better results with healthy meals. Although, I dislike oatmeal, you can also sprinkle a little cinnamon on oatmeal and cereal also.
Stop eating a bunch of crap and get in the gym. Reduce carbs, increase protien, drink a lot of water, and, stop me if you heard this one already, get in the freaking gym!
High fiber balanced diet , water, active life style, exercise , good sleep and a postive attitude could get you back in shape!
