Update On My Quit Smoking Journey

Well as of late I have had a few people sending me messages asking me how the quitting smoking is going.

I am very proud to say that I am now at 4.5 months as a non smoker.

So in Alberta where I live smokes run an average of 10 dollars a pack.  When I quit I was smoking almost 2 packs a day.

So not only am I saving 2o bucks a day but also I havent felt this good in years.  Once again I can breathe and I have more energy then I can remember.

Thanks to all the hubbers that stood by me and encouraged me .

    Thanks everyone

whoo hoo.  congratulations dale.  we're all very happy for ya.  you should definitely write a hub about your journey sometime on the trials and tribulations of quitting something like smoking.  i bet it would be very popular.  smile

Congratulations, Dale.  smile  (Now you don't have to worry about that person who wrote the thread about why smokers ought to be "shunned" and not respected.   lol)

congratulations!!! have you or did you read my natural ways to help you quit hub? Its got some good ideas. Sucking a lemon when you have a craving for a cigarette is good. I also promised myself that I would eat my right arm before I ever had another cigarette. Which worked!! And does work.
