Oats is one of the food which is very good for constipation....

    Now a days people prefer to eat junk food and avoid to eat fruit and vegetable as a result Their digestive system become weak and they have to suffer problems like constipation and if it will remain continue then ultimately has to face problems like piles etc.

    In such situation try to eat more vegetables and fruits also try oats ( cereal grain) in morning it will be very beneficial as it contain more fiber...... Its my personal experience .

      I also advocate a healthy approach.  I've been on a regimen of chia seeds and it's made me feel much better. smile
