Loose Weight and Flatten your Stomach by Simple Yoga

    Hey! anybody wants to loose weight and flatten your tummy. You can do it by just simple yoga postures.

    Practicing any type of yoga will build strength, but some types may not raise your heart rate enough to make them the only form of exercise you need to include in your weight loss regime. It depends on the type of yoga you select and how frequently you practice it.

    Is it really effective? I've been doing regular exercise lately, but still I didn't get the tummy I want.

      Yoga is excellent at building strength and core muscles, but if you're struggling to lose the fat on top of the muscle, the only real way to get rid of it is through diet, cardiovascular exercise, or both!

    i think it is not only yoga postures but with the combination of daily exercise and proper diet..
