Hi has anyone used or is thinking about using this great superfood that the Aztecs called their "Running food".
This super seed has plenty to offer everyone. From endurance runners to cholesterol lowering. Weight loss to healthy heart.
Any thoughts or experiences about using chia seeds would be welcome.Thank you.
I've been using chia seeds for two months now. I admit that I do have more energy than I did before. You can prepare it in any kind of food. Due to my pace I just throw a couple scoops in a drink and take it down. It does take some getting used to as a drink supplement. There is no taste but does have a "nut" feel to it. I have done a hub on it and encourage anyone to take a gander at it.
The biggest change is in how my body feels. The properties of chia allow it to naturally cleanse the body - blood as well as digestive. Aside from the energy level I just feel better all around.
