Am I eating the right things?

      What are you eating exactly. I think you should be eating raw fruits & vegetables and leans meats in small portions.
      You can eat large portions of the vegetables ;0)

      if you aim for a healthier body, make sure fruits and veggies get the bigger portion in your diet plan. avoiding foods that are high in fats and sugar also helps in building a healthier body

    hi yes u should eat more Green vegetables and drink more and more water . vegetables are really healthy for our body . Avoid all foods those contain high amount of suger . and never eat before going on bed . That is the worse thing ever that can increase ur weight .
